Membership
Registration as a Member on this site is restricted to au pairs over 16 years of age. Membership is not transferable, neither is it refundable once a Member has registered on the Website.
In order to receive certain services or participate in promotions on the Website, Aupairfriends.com may require you to register for those services or promotions.
You agree to provide Aupairfriends.com with current, accurate and complete information about yourself when registering for services or promotions on the Website. You also agree to notify Aupairfriends.com of any changes to that information, to ensure that it is current and accurate at all times. This is known as your Personal Data.
This data will include the termination date of your employment as an au pair. If you cease to be an au pair, you must inform Aupairfriends.com by updating your leaving date, you may no longer use the website and your membership will automatically be terminated.
Aupairfriends.com may also issue you with unique user identity and a password to enable you to access parts of the Website. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account designation and password and for all activities that occur using your user identity and password. You must also ensure that you exit your account at the end of each session.
You agree to notify Aupairfriends.com immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your user identity or password.
You release Aupairfriends.com from any liability that may arise in connection with any use of your user identity and password whether by you or any third party.
You grant Aupairfriends.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive perpetual licence to modify, adapt and make available any material that you post or send to Aupairfriends.com, or its directors or employees, using the Website.
You must not use the Website to transmit or display any content that:
- is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive, abusive, hateful, objectionable or pornographic;

Termination of Membership
Your Membership will be terminated the day that you leave your Host Family or are no longer an au pair (as identified by your planned leaving date, updated by you), or after 12 months from registration, which ever is earlier. No refunds will be given for any Memberships lasting less than 12 months.
Host Families
Host Families who choose to have access to the Host Family Information section of the Website whilst their au pair is a Member will be given their own unique user identification and password. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user identification and password. Access to the Host Family Information by a Host Family will end when their au pair’s Membership is terminated.
Termination of service
Aupairfriends.com may at any time change, delete, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the content or services offered on the Website and restrict or terminate access to the Website, without notice or liability.
Privacy Policy
Any Personal Data collected by Aupairfriends.com is subject to Aupairfriends.com’s Privacy Statement which should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
